BOOKING AND POLICIES

all forms of card payment are accepted as well as tap and cash. cash is tax free, e-transfer is not accepted.

hair must be a minimum of 3.5 inches when fully stretched. if the hair you need braided (or certain parts of it) is less than this, i cannot guarantee the quality of my work nor can i guarantee i will be able to service you

unless a wash is booked, please come with your hair washed, detangled, and free of any product, this is including oils. if i find your hair is not thoroughly cleansed, i may choose to perform a wash. i do not braid dirty hair. washes are an additional $10. blowouts are included in every style.

there is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. every 5 minutes afterwards is an additional $5 late fee. after 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled unless otherwise clarified.

bookings that are cancelled the day of the appointment will result in a $5 fee at your next appointment. exceptions may apply, cancellations should be within reason.

not showing up to an appointment without cancelling on the booking site or no communication prior will result in a $15 fee at your next appointment. after 3 no shows under your name, you will no longer be able to book.

squeeze in appointments are potentially available on any given work day (monday - saturday) they must be booked/confirmed through email, text, or dm. squeeze in appointments are an additional $15 fee.

after hours appointments are any appointments that are scheduled either before or after regular working hours (9am - 9pm). they must be booked/confirmed through email, text, or dm. appointments scheduled at or past 9pm are an additional $35. appointments scheduled before 9am are an additional $45.

house calls must be booked through email, text or dm. the price is dependent on the location and travel time in addition to the style. a 30% percent deposit is required to book.

major loc reconstructions and repairs require a consultation prior to the initial appointment. please reach out to me via email, text, or dm in order to schedule a consultation. consultations will occur in person or over google meet based on your convenience.

retwists are performed using a comb coil and palm rolling method only. interlocking and crochet maintenance is not available. the default product used is a standard loc gel however, alternate products such as beeswax and aloe vera gel are available upon request.

special style requests not available on the booking site can be booked under simple or complex freestyles based on the design. please reach out to me via email, text, or dm if you would like to confirm.

hair beads are an additional $5-$10. the bead colours available are clear, black, white, silver, green chrome, glittered clear, and wooden. there are also silver and gold clasps for free. please feel free to bring in your own beads/accessories for installation as well.

as a special thank you for their loyalty and support, clients with 6 or more previous appointments are entitled to a 15% discount during the month or within a month of their birthday!
